Returns + Exchanges

We offer free returns on all orders placed with Kingsman Lloyd

To return a purchase: Simply pack it in the original packaging and mail it to us at the address below. We will refund you on the basis of all original packaging and the item is in good condition.

Our Returns + Exchanges Policy

We are happy to accept items returned to us within 15-days of purchase. We will refund your credit or debit card once the items are received and processed. 

Please understand that, just to be fair, items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped. They must be in an unused and perfectly saleable condition. 

Kingsman Lloyd reserves the right to refuse a return if it’s determined that an item has been worn and then returned for any reason other than being 'faulty'.

When Returning A Product

We strongly recommend that customers check their orders upon receipt, prior to disposing of any packaging. All original product packaging and receipt must be returned. Please package your return securely. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary.

We will only refund deliver/postage costs if the return is determined as 'faulty' or as a result of our error. We will inspect all items returned to us as 'faulty', and any items deemed to be subject to fair ‘wear and tear’ will not be accepted as 'faulty'. 

Return delivery costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our office. We recommend that you insure and track your package and use a reputable courier service, when making returns.

How to Return A Product

Fill out the required fields in the 'Returns + Exchanges' form that was included in the original packaging. Tell us whether you are returning or exchanging your purchases and the reason for your return/exchange.

Place your 'Returns + Exchanges' form, the purchases to be returned, and the receipt into the original packaging and mail it back to us. We will process your refund/exchange as soon as we receive your package.

I lost my 'Returns + Exchanges' form, what can I do?

If you have lost your 'Returns + Exchanges' form you can download a new copy here.

Don’t forget to include your order number so that we can identify and process your return.

I bought my item from one of your stockists; can I return it directly to you?

If you have bought an item from one of our stockists (either online or in store) then your contract of sale is with them. If you wish to return your Kingsman Lloyd goods or if they are damaged/defective then they must be returned to the original place of purchase. We cannot accept returns at KingsmanLloyd.com for items bought via our stockists.

Can I return a sale item for a refund?

The usual 15-day returns policy applies to all items bought during the sale. 

How will I receive my refund?

You will be refunded via your original method of payment e.g. credit/debit card or PayPal. Once your refund has been issued it usually takes 2 – 3 business days for the funds to clear. You will be refunded the full amount minus the original shipping fee. If you have any further questions or if your refund hasn't appeared, then please contact us here.

When will I receive my refund?

Once a parcel has been received at our warehouse it can take up to 10 business days to process the return before your refund can be issued.
